Return Policy and Warranty

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for SNIFFER430 once it has been used. However, if you encounter a manufacturer-related defect or issue with the device, you may return it for servicing and repair. If the device cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new working device at no additional cost.

Manufacturer Defects:

If your SNIFFER430 experiences a defect or issue that is related to its manufacturing, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the device. Once we receive the defective device, we will service and fix it. If the device cannot be fixed, we will replace it with a new one.

Damage:

If your SNIFFER430 device has suffered water damage, mechanical damage, or impact damage, you may return it for servicing. Please note that repair costs will apply in such cases. Upon receiving your damaged device, we will assess the repairs needed and provide you with an invoice detailing the repair cost. Once the invoice is paid, we will proceed with repairing the device. If the device cannot be fixed, or if you choose not to pay the repair invoice, we will return the original device to you without repair.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the device to us for servicing or repair or replacement.

You will receive an invoice for the cost of returning the device. Once the invoice is paid, we will proceed with the return shipment.
