By submitting a video to Jacobs-MC (the “Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This Agreement is between you (“Participant” or “you”) and Jacobs-MC.

1. Video Content & Submission

You are submitting a short video (a “Submission”) through the official Jacob's-MC Google Form (https://forms.gle/f1iJnedvzMdCDKYFA), related to your use of Jacob’s-MC products. Videos must follow the Program Guidelines provided (topic: Success Story, Product Review, or Quick Tips; vertical format; minimum 60 seconds; show the product in use; no copyrighted music; natural and authentic style, etc.).

You represent and warrant that:

You are the sole creator and owner of the Submission, or you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

The Submission does not contain any third-party copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, music, or identifiable private information (such as customer faces or license plates) without proper consent.

The Submission is truthful, accurate, and reflects your honest experience.

You will not submit any defamatory, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

2. Video Guidelines

Video Topic: Success Story, Product Review, or Quick Tips for your particular use case.

Keep it real and natural — no acting, no fancy editing. Job-site audio, dirty hands, and give your honest thoughts and opinions.

Film vertically (phone upright)

Minimum video length: 60 Seconds

Must show one of our products in use

No copyrighted music; keep background noise real (job-site authenticity is best).

Film in good daylight or bright lighting when possible. Avoid super dark or super windy audio if you can.

3. Grant of Rights (License)

By submitting your video, you irrevocably grant Jacobs-MC and its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and agents a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the Submission (including your name, voice, likeness, and any statements made in the video) in any and all media now known or hereafter developed.

This includes (but is not limited to) use in:

Advertising, marketing, promotions, social media, websites, emails, and sales materials

Product pages, demo videos, and retargeting ads

Any other promotional purpose related to Jacobs-MC products and services

You waive any “moral rights” or rights of publicity you may have in the Submission.

4. Compensation

Jacobs-MC will pay you the amount specified in the Program Guidelines for each approved Submission, provided it meets all guidelines and is accepted by the Company. Payment will be made via PayPal or other agreed method within 2 weeks of approval. You are responsible for any taxes on the payment. Approval is at the sole discretion of Jacobs-MC.

Compensation will only be provided for a maximum of 3 video submissions per calendar year.

5. No Obligation to Use

Jacobs-MC is not obligated to use, publish, or pay for any Submission. We may reject, edit, or remove any video for any reason.

6. Release and Indemnification

You release Jacobs-MC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your Submission as permitted under this Agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jacobs-MC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that result from:

Any breach of your representations above

Any third-party claim that your Submission infringes their rights

7. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Your Submission is your personal experience only. It does not guarantee that others will achieve the same results. When we use your video, we may add a simple disclaimer such as “Results may vary. Individual results depend on many factors.”

8. Termination and Changes

Jacobs-MC may modify or end the Customer Video Program at any time. These terms may be updated; continued participation after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Brevard County, Florida.

By submitting your video, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
