These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Jacob's-MC (referred to as "Jacob's," "we," "us," or "our") and individuals or entities ("Affiliates," "you," or "your") who participate in our affiliate program ("Program").

1. Enrollment in the Program

To become an Affiliate, you must complete the registration process on our website and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for participation in the Program at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links

Upon acceptance into the Program, each Affiliate will receive a unique affiliate link ("Affiliate Link"). You agree to use this Affiliate Link to direct traffic to our website. Only sales made through your Affiliate Link will be eligible for commission.

3. Commission Structure

For each sale made through your Affiliate Link, you will receive a commission of $150 USD ("Commission"). Commissions will only be paid for completed and verified purchases made by customers who arrived at our website through your Affiliate Link.

4. Commission Eligibility

To be eligible for a Commission, the customer must make a purchase within 30 days of their initial visit to our website through your Affiliate Link. If a purchase is made after this period, you will not be eligible for a Commission for that sale.

5. Payment Terms

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Jacob's-MC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the StaHeadlinete of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
